John McCain's plan is to use competition to greater the quality and have a greater variety for peoples needs.
McCain's plan allows you to choose your insurance provider and with a refundable tax credit you will be able to pick the insurance company based upon your needs.
So, say your family needs health insurance that covers the cost of an oxygen tank, because a family member needs it 24/7, his plan will allow you to pick a company that will help you get as much help as you need to pay for the tank.

I'm sorry to carp at the small gramatical errors, but my brain nearly beat a hole in my skull when I saw it. I don't think you should start a sentence off with the word "so." After reading it, however, I agree with your point about his plan.
A small bit of advice would be to get more than one person's view about this situation, and not just look at it through McCain's view.

I like how you have McCain's thought on health care, but i think you should add more on Obama's opinions so you can compare them better.
